When you contact Kíka7 Consulting, we use the information you share to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you are interested in.
What you share
The enquiry form asks for your email address and message. Your name and organization are optional. Please do not include confidential meeting records, sensitive personal information or documents in an initial enquiry.
How messages are handled
The website is prepared to use Netlify Forms to process and store form submissions and send notifications to our business email account. Netlify also filters submissions for spam. If you email us directly, your message is handled by the email services involved in delivering and storing it.
Use and retention
Enquiry details are used to respond and manage the conversation about your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We keep enquiry information for as long as needed for follow-up, business records or applicable legal requirements, and then delete or anonymize it.
Questions and requests
You can contact us to ask about the personal information you have shared, request a correction or ask about deletion. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons.
